In Temple University’s Society of Women Engineers (Temple SWE), we like to help our members prepare for a successful engineering career and become part of a community of peers with access to exceptional learning and career resources, scholarships, training and inspiring role models. Networking is the key to success for our future engineers. We would like to start an annual program in which we give Temple Engineering Students the chance to get ahead by sending them to the Annual SWE Conference. The 2016 Annual SWE Conference will be held at the Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA, for 3 days in October. Benefits to attending the conference include networking with other SWE members and industry professionals, visiting multiple workshops that sharpen leadership skills and professional development and partaking in its one-of-a-kind Career Fair, with over 250 exhibitors and on-site interviews. The whole conference gives our members the opportunity to exhibit their leadership skills and personality while building a professional network. Every gift is an investment in the success of the next generation of women engineers.

$1,450 will send 10 girls to conference
$2,900 will send 20 girls to conference

Our goal is to send at least 30 students to 2016 Annual SWE conference. Help Us Reach Our Goal!
